Lianne began her journey to becoming a registered massage therapist in 2003. In 2007 she completed the 3,300 hour program at the West Cost College Of Massage Therapy. She chose this profession as she has a passion for helping others as well as a love for learning about the human body. Her treatments style is uniquely her own. She uses her extensive knowledge of anatomy and treatment modalities, along with what could be described as an intuitive gift to facilitate in the facilitation of healing her patients. After 17 plus years, Lianne still enjoys her profession. She treats each patient individually with a treatment that is designed specifically for them and their needs.
Elisha is a graduate of the 3000-hour diploma program of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy of 2009. Her path to becoming an RMT includes years of competitive gymnastics, professional dance training, and a yoga practice.
Her in-depth training includes strategies in deep tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish, Craniosacral, and holistic approaches to body-mind well being. She is constantly updating and complementing her trainings with post educational workshops and seminars.
Her specialties include: stress management, muscle tension and anxiety, pregnant women, and complex pain patterns. Elisha has a generous, experienced and varied approach, with an intuition for highlighting specific strategies, including “homework”, individualized for each client.
When Elisha is not at the clinic or researching health and well being– she is trying to keep up with her two young boys, and caring for her garden and animals.
